| Johnny Sansom |

| Johnny Sansom began his musical career at the age of 19, when he became a professional pianist in Cleveland, Ohio, for the gospel group Sounds of Joy. During his travels with this group, his talent and ability caught the ear of many other full-time artists. In 1987, he became a part of the chart-topping group, The Paynes, from Elyria, Ohio. His three year stint with The Paynes, carried him to many churches and auditoriums across America. |

In 1990, Johnny began to minister with another popular, award-winning group, The Bishops, from Richmond, KY. Later, Johnny would also see music ministry with elite, professional groups, such as The Blackwoods, of Memphis, TN, and The Wilburns, of Carthage, TN. Each of these professional music opportunities and experiences would eventually prepare Johnny for an incredible position in 1996, with top industry leader, Daywind Music Group of Hendersonville, TN. Johnny is the Director of the Recording and Leasing Department for Daywind. His talent and easy-going personality make him a much sought after producer for the comp any. To date, he has producedover 600 recording prqjects for gospel groups from all over the U.S. Not only has Johnny produced the projects, but has also lent his musical talent on keyboards to many as well.
When not in the office or studio, Johnny enjoys playing keyboards, guitar, or bass at his home church in Goodlettsville, where he also serves on the church leadership team. Johnny has a deep love for God and a heart for helping others in their music ministry. |

| Rick Schweinsberg |

| Rick Schweinsberg began his musical career inl975, shortly after he was saved as a teenager. He formed and managed his own Southern Gospel group in Portsmouth, Ohio, called the True Gospel Sounds. The True Gospel Sounds traveled from 1975-1998. Rick sang lead, did the emcee work, and played bass guitar. |

Rick's original songs have been recorded by the Hoppers, the Dixie Melody Boys/DMB Bando the Triumphant Quartet, the Jeff Treece Band, and others. His songs have also been published in songbooks released by Gaither Music Publishing and Rex Nelon Publishing. From 1985-1988, Rick was sales manager and afternoon drive DJ for WPAY Radio in Portsmouth, Ohio. In 1988, Rick founded WXIC AM 660 in Waverly, Ohio, where he was the operations manager and morning drive DJ.l He also founded and developed the Southern Gospel Music Satellite Radio Network. In 1999, Rick founded WRAU Radio in Wheelersburg, Ohio, with a Contemporary Christian format.From 1983-2007, Rick owned and operated Sweet Spirit Recording Studio in Wheelersburg, Ohio, where he engineered and produced many recording projects and helped groups with their music ministry. During that time, he developed Sweet Spirit Records, Red Hen Records, and Ahmish Records.
Rick has also operated Rick Schweinsberg Sound Company, installing sound equipment in churches. During this time, he was also a live sound engineer for artists such as the Crabb Family, and the McRaes. He ran sound for CCM artists, such as Justifide, Kutless, Sanctus Real, and Disciple.In 2007, Rick was hired at New Day Christian Distributors and Salem Communications/Solid Gospel, relocating to Nashville,. Later that year, he was presented with an awesome opportunity to work with Johnny Sansom in the Recording and Leasing Department at Daywind Music Group in Hendersonville, TN. He now enjoys using the skills he has practiced to produce new artists there. Rick's current challenge is to develop the newly formed Red Hen Christian Country label.
